Job Description
PMRA/BC: Product Manager of Retail Assets, Qatar
Our client, a leading Middle East Bank is looking for a Product Manager of Retail Assets to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The successful candidate who reports to the Head of Retail Assets has to develop the portfolio of retail asset products assigned, such as mortgage/ personal/ auto/ margin lending/ others.
Responsibilities:
• Establish innovative strategies to increase profitability and expand market share.
• Devise effective pricing strategies for individual products and implement them.
• Assist sales channels achieving the approved volume, revenue and sales targets.
• Establish sales budget for branches, direct sales staff and monitor product performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience in retail asset products, of which at least 3 years must be in a supervisory role in a bank in the GCC.
• A Bachelor’s degree is essential, though an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
