Job Description • To ensure smooth, accurate and timely credit initiation of Consumer asset products • Ensure credit evaluation is carried out as per the Product Program (Credit Policy) within the stipulated time • Ensuring the applications received are executed within the stipulated timelines. • Thorough knowledge about the risks related to the Consumer Asset products and precautions to be taken to minimize such risks and frauds. • Provided feedback to Manager with clarifications and highlight process gaps • Compliance of Delegation Matrix, ensuring that deviation were marked accordingly and adherence to Product Program and Turn Around Time (TAT). • Effective Correspondence with Sales, branches and other units Applications are evaluated and processed accurately and on time Ensure Robust controls are built around the processes to minimize credit risk impact. No Financial loss because of process break down. Constantly Identifying process improvement to ensure efficient processing/ credit underwriting Support business with launch of new products and quick implementation in credit underwriting procedures.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile • Extensive credit Analytics experience of at least 3 years • Highly analytical and detail oriented • Knowledge of all Consumer banking products • Process management skills to ensure an effective and efficient credit process. • Experience of working in a developing market • Strong support of risk training and development • Able to align risk organization to support business objectives • Team player – able to work within and promote cross-functional environment. • Multi-tasker and willing to ‘roll up his sleeves and get involved’ • Knowledge of most business sectors • Experience of working in U.A.E. • Knowledge of Islamic / Sharia complaint banking products / practices. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment. • Patience. • Sense of humor.
