A Government Authority in Abu Dhabi Emirate is
seeking applications for the position of Contract Engineer
To work in its supply division
Local and expatriate applications must fulfill the following
• Holder of Bsc degree o, an equivalent qualification in engineering.
Minimum five years of experience in the field of contract end tenders
Management preferably with a working experience in an industrial organization.
Should be proficient In analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passed ILETS with en aggregate rating o f.5 or Toffel with an aggregate rating of .550.
ICDL certificate shall be considered as an extra advantage.
• Acquainted with the Maximo system.
Pass the Interview to be held by the committee
Priority in appointment shall be given to UAE Locals, GCC citizens and then other Arab nationalities.
Required Experience
* Contract preparation
* Receipt, analysis and checking of specificaiton and scope of work in coordination with the project consultant / concerned department.
* compiling and issue tender documents.
* Issue of tender invitations.
* Responding to technical and financial classifications requests as well as management of tender technical evaluation in coordination with the concerned departments.
* Preparation of the financial analysis and final recommendation.
* Coordination with consultants and contractors prior to contract
* preparation of the letter of award and finalize the contract
* review procedures throughout all tendering stages till the final award of the contracts.
* Participation of the financial analysis and final recommendation.
* participation in contract management throughtout the execution period along with the processing of all consequential variation orders and financial claims submitted by contractors.
