Specialty Leasing Manager is being required by Al Futtaim Group to be worked in Dubai, UAE
Job Details:
*Business plan, leasing strategy, implementation of the leasing plan, business development, tenant relations, etc.
*Supervise specialty Leasing in other regions to leverage relationships and increase income over all malls
*Ensure standards across all regions are upheld and operating procudures are standardised.
Requirements:
*University Graduate Degree is required (preferably a post degree in Business Management or post graduate specialisation in Marketing).
*Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing preferably in shopping centres
*Skills in speaking English and Arabic would be desirable for this role.
*Excellent managerial abilities
