Description :
An ideal candidate must be a bachelors degree or diploma leading to registry in a related clinical field, plus a masters degree in Healthcare, Business or other relevant field. H/she must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist from recognized professional credentialing agency (National Board for Respiratory Therapy or Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapist).
Minimum 10 years clinical experience with at least 5 years of management experience in a hospital of at least 200 beds is definitely an advantage. A candidate must also have a prior experience managing clinical operations for at least 3 of the following areas: Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, Non-invasive Cardiac Diagnostic Lab and Neuro-Diagnostic Lab.
