Job Description :

A Well Reputable Company requires
an EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Medical related 
field  (Pharmacy, Nursing, etc).

• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

• Good organizational and follow-through skills.

• Presentable, self-motivated, dynamic and result-oriented

• Knowledge of admin and clerical procedures.

• Two to three years experience in similar capacity.

• Knowledge in relevant software applications – MS 
Office Word, Excel

• Excellent written and spoken command of English.

• Possess strong organizational and time management
skills.

• Proven experience in the preparation of correspondence.

• Initiative, Self-motivated and works with a minimal 
supervision.

• Two years Gulf experience in Sales is preferred.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Arabic
is an advantage.

• A valid Qatari license is a plus.

• Transferable visa.
