A qualified Commercial Manager is required by Executive solutions (to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
Requirement:
-Education: BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
-Minimum ten years of experience in a specialization of Commercial or Contractual management on major projects with successful commercial outcomes or Final Accounts
-Prior background in claims management with successful outcomes
-Must be able to handle English & Arabic smoothly
-Awareness of commercial mechanics (of contracting first principles & disciplines)
-Extra ordinary communication & interpersonal skills
-Having expertise in negotiation.
