Job responsibilities
The Manager Medical Insurance Schemes is responsible for the Medical Benefits Administration (MBA) which performs a broad range of health insurance functions including, enrolment and eligibility, utilisation management, member advocacy, network management and contracting and claims payment related to Dubai based employees. Additionally the role holder is expected to identify trends in the medical insurance market and medical services market and make recommendation on the Company medical policy to ensure this accurately reflects best practice whilst meeting the business needs.
Qualifications:
MBBS and at least 10 or more years experience in Medical Administration.
The job holder must be doctor and have expertise in Medical Fund Management and Medical Administration.
Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills.
Proven ability to communicate and coordinate at all levels within a multicultural environment.
Knowledge on analytical packages.
