Job description
1.Build up small but effective team to manage the duties of the holding company. 2.Provides supervision and support to all areas of responsibility; oversees activities, ensure implementation of program in accordance with the monitoring framework(s), agreed outputs and values of the company. 3.Work with the Managing Director and the leadership team to ensure that the company is a well-run, efficient and effective support organization. Team work and work through influence is very important. 4.Develop IT strategy and manage operations. 5.Responsible for periodic program planning, program implementation and regular feedback to the board. 6.Represent the company at various national and international forums.
Qualifications
1.Superior management ability. 2.Minimum of six years executive management experience in the operations sector of a large company. 3.Ability to ensure a prudent risk management environment. 4.Expertise in operation management, portfolio management, credit risk management, finance and business management. 5.Hold relevant qualifications in (corporate) finance / investment. 6.MBA or similar degree from a top tier institution. 7.Track record in working as a part of a team.
