Job Description:
A Leading GDS (Global Distribution System) Company is seeking
HELPDESK EXECUTIVEFor the Middle East Head Office in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
= Respond & diagnose problems through discussion with
customers.
= Includes problem recognition, research,
isolation & resolution steps, may involve use of
problem management database & helpdesk system.
= Serves as primary contact for customer queries
regarding network outages.
Qualification Requirements:
= At least six months working experience at an
airline, travel agency or other customer service
experiences.
= High level of resistance to stress & ability to
deal with irate customers with a strong problem
solving skills.
= Strong written & verbal in English language are a
MUST.
= Willingness to work extended hours &/or weekends
depending on operational needs.
