CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
• Development & implementation of policies
and procedures to ensure high levels of customer
service, satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee and manage all day-to-day
activities of the Customer Service Centre.
• Monitor quality control and ensure that the
efficiency rate set is attained.
• Responsible for the image towards customers
according to the company's policy.
• Facilitate quick resolution of customer
complaints.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area.
• Minimum five years experience
