All the applicants should be a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science. Preference will be given to candidates with MCSE or MCITP Enterprise Administrator Certification. Previous experience of 5 - 6 years in active directory and exchange environment is required. All the candidates should possess good knowledge in :
> Active Directory administration and troubleshooting;
> Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010;
> Core Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server 2003 and 2008;
> Risk Management.
> Network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP;
> Supporting and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
Responsibilities:
> Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.
> Installing, configuring and maintaining server operating systems and repairing server hardware.
> Participating in disaster recover planning, testing and response.
> Performing network trouble shooting to identify and fix common network problems.
> Support the management of common email applications (Outlook, OWA email) and provide a 24/7 on-call support.
> Manage appropriate set-up of applications hosted via Microsoft Exchange including Black Berry services.
> Manage network system backups and provide a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for Active Directory infrastructure and related services
> Maintain appropriate documentation on the entire Microsoft Active Directory Environment.
> Plan and manage maintenance activities as required.
> Support, maintain and administer third party applications, produce appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration and related processes.
> Troubleshoot server issues using various internal and external resources.
