HR Clinical Service Manager
• Responsible for all clinical / physician activities such as recruitment and employer relations activities
• Responsible for screening, interviewing and evaluating applicants for clinical / medical positions. review and initiation of job offers, employment contracts and other recruitment related forms.
• Develops effective, cost efficient recruitment strategies and identifies new methods of attracting candidates.
Ensures the systematic collection, analysis and update of measurement data for recruitment in order to make operational/business decisions that affect both staffing and continuous process improvement.
• Develops and maintains relationships with
educational institutions, professional
organizations, recruitment agencies, and
community groups in order to identify potential applicants.
• Responsible for the processing and overseeing of Physician leave, employment certificates, housing, flight booking and government relations activities.
