* Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project
timescales.
* Negotiating and fixing contractors for various HT, LT and LV works.
* Checking electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
* Organizing routine servicing schedules.
Job Requirements :
* Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Well versed in MS Office.
* Knowledge of BIM preferred.
