Job Details:


* Maintain department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines.
 
* Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
 
* Maintain all department information confidential and secure.

* Respond to work requests from department staffs in timely and
   accurate manner.


Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

* Word , Excel and Powerpoint skills.

* Three years experience in the same field.

* Good communication skills in English.
