JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

•Masters in Law from Kuwait or Egypt or other Arabic country with similar Law proceedings as Kuwait.

•At least 15 years of experience in Legal, preferably in the Financial Services Industry of which at least 5 years in Kuwait.

•Very good Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory practices followed in the financial institutions

•Fluency in English and Arabic. 

•Ability to draft Legal Agreements.

•Kuwaiti Nationals will be preferred.
