Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or Education Institute in one of the following disciplines;• Computer Science • Information Systems• Communication Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Information and Communications Technology • Equivalent degrees
- Previous experience working in a global and/or remote support environment, raising incidents in an incident management system (Remedy or similar) and escalating urgent issues.
- Knowledge of IT service areas, i.e. IT Support & Maintenance (S&M) and IT Operations & Management (O&M).
