Qualifications:
- BS degree in an Engineering discipline in the telecommunications, information technology, and/or systems integration industries.
- CCIE/CCNA/CCDP certification.
- Well educated and intimate knowledge of layer one and layer two layer three (network) transmission technologies such as frame relay, ATM, IP, serial tdm DS1 & DS3, PPP, MLPPP.
