> Daily planning,organizing,directing,executing and quality,range,of all Pastry and Bakery items within the restaurants,delivery,catering and retail.
> Assist F and B Operation Manager in local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.
> Integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
> Co ordinate marketing activities.
> Plan and manage all aspect of the future franchise operations in regards to Pastry and Bakery to achieve consistency in food offering, service quality, brand standards and customer satisfaction.
> Compliance with corporate franchise policies and procedures while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
