Job Description : Head of Sales and Marketing , Kuwait
Our client, a leading Middle East based firm based is currently looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join its sprightly team. The ideal candidate has to develop the overall division strategy and finalize business plans and budgets in line with the corporate strategy. This position is based in Kuwait and though our client is primarily looking for Kuwaiti nationals located anywhere globally, but is also open to considering competent candidates of any other nationality too.
Responsibilities:
• Build a strong client base in order to expand the reach of companys products.
• Oversee the launching of new products to increase sales revenues and the client base.
• Guide the process of establishing sales targets and performance measures for the sales team.
• Oversee implementation of systems for client service activities and monitor their performance.
• Manage the corporate image and corporate communications in order to increase brand visibility and recognition.
Requirements:
• University degree in a business oriented discipline, preferably followed by an MBA in Finance or Marketing.
• At least 15 years of experience in areas relevant to the Sales and Marketing function in the corporate sector with around 5 years in a senior position in the GCC.
