JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for an Islamic Finance company registered with Central Bank of Kuwait. 

Requirements:

•Bachelor Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management.

•At least 15 years of experience in Banking & Financial Institutions, at least 5 years in senior position in Human Resources.

•Experience in Islamic products is an advantage.

•Good Analytical, Communication & Leadership Skills.
