Job description
• Providing expert technical guidance and assistance for Supervisors and other concerned managers on water system, wastewater and sewer planning, design, and construction matters and consults with their managers with respect to planning and design.
• Responsible for project proposals, planning and implementation, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to project, compliance with design standards, bid ability and constructability and system requirements.
• Reviewing the costs of operations, services, to modifying Company business development programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation for the Company.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
• University degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 8 yrs experience in a same position in a reputable organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and self initiative
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fully literate with Microsoft suite of products.
