Administration coordinator is required by Vibes Events & Promotions
Work Region: Abu dhabi, UAE

Job Details:
*Preparation of accurate, elaborate quotations and responding to RFQs.
*Communicating project details to the Project Department.
*Following up on LPOs, legal agreements, payments from the client.
*Preparing costing and invoices after the completion of the project, Bank/Government correspondence

Requirements:
*Minimum five to seven years of experience in handling major responsibilities for active companies in the UAE.
*Thorough knowledge of MS Office-Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills
*Extra ordinary skills in organizing
*Proficiency in English language
*Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
