Job Role:
*Managing the staffs to the level assigned by senior management.
*Managing the day to day routine production and guides supervisors through the normal and smooth running of the production lines.
*Exercises financial authority at the level assigned.
*Liaises with Sales,Product Development and QC Departments for production planning and customers feedback.
Requirements:
*Applicant must possess a Degree in production engineering or a similar field
*Minimum eight years of experience in a production environment (of which at least four years should have been in a production environment).
*Extra ordinary managerial qualities
*Excellent level of communication and presentation skills
*FMCG background will be considered as a plus
