Al Futtaim Group HR - Dubai, UAE is looking for a qualified Emiratisation Business Partner
Job details:
The right candidate will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing and training UAE nationals by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resource Business Partners and Line Managers in the divisions.
Requirements:
*Candidates with HR Degree or Diploma are highly considered
*Minimum two years of practical experience and skills in a similar HR or an Emiratisation role.
*Be a self motivated and positive minded
*UAE Nationality is a necessity
*Excellent skills in conveyance and presentation
