The job role mainly includes:
*Effective Management of internal communications channels
*Editing the employees e-newsletters, instagram posts, circulars in addition to any future channels.
*Offer a key role in organizing the annual employees
*Make sure that the messages from senior management and the board are properly reflected in communications to internal stakeholders
*Give assistance to various teams in developing their own internal communications programs or campaigns, ensuring consistency with the central internal communications strategy
*Expand the internal communications plans for a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns, and implement them.

Requirement:
*Applicant should be a Graduate Degree holder in communications/ Public relations or any relevant stream
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*6 to 7 years of hands on Public Relations, internal communications, marketing or relevant fields
*Capability to work on self- initiative
*All round expertise in editing and proo-freading
*Very good level of smartness and interpersonal dealings
*High graded analytical abilities
