> Applicants should possess a bachelors degree in Public Relations/Communications or Journalism.
> Work experience of minimum of 3-5 years in corporate public relations or public relations agency.
> Experience in sports, travel or service industry will be an advantage.
> Need strong background in news writing, media relations, social media tools and blogger relations.
Responsibilities:
> Overlook the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, photographs, and multimedia programmes.
> Conduct research, write, distribute and follow up on press releases to the target media.
> Promote news and stories to the media and update information on the corporate website.
> Monitor the activities of competitors, major events, government activities, exhibitions etc.
> Develop weekly and monthly status reports on performance in reference to objectives.
