Job description
- Form an important link in the management communication chain by liaising with the other managers as well as with the key departments at head office
- Monitor the operation effectiveness of the sales force to ensure market penetration
- Define a sales strategy to help meet sales targets
- Prepare a growth matrix and plan how to further develop accounts
- Prepares budgets and targets
- Ensures that the branch has adequate stock levels to achieve their targets and that displays and promotions confirm to plan
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to deal with people at all levels and gain the cooperation of people
- Strong leadership skills
- Well organized and decisive
- High energy level, self motivation and a sense of responsibility
- Degree educated
