- Reports to Group General Manager - A bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or other applicable Engineering Degree - Minimum
10 years as an HSE Manager within the Ready mix, Precast, and Block/Interlock industries with proven track records -
Construction background - Reinforced concrete knowledge - NEBOSH min qualified - Strong Leadership - Good Communication
(dealing with multinational workforce) - Compiling and achieving H & S Policies - Effective upward / downward communication -
Must be hands on problem solver - Attention to detail and follow-up ability - Possess Self confidence and dynamic personality
- High level of organizing skills - Proven skills in time management and prioritization of tasks - Result oriented person -
Good communication skills - Good spoken and written English is a must - Candidates with GCC experience will be given priority
