REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a degree, B.E. Degree preferred.
> Work experience of 4 years is necessary.
> CCNA Preferable.
> Need prior experience in NMS/Ticketing system in a similar environment.
> Good experience in using informaker reporting software.
> Knowledge of working on IVR and voice portal.
> Strong background in Java, C++, VXML, Visual Basic, .net.
> Strong background of SQL database is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Produce ad hoc reports as and when required.
> Customize report format on various tool sets to fit on various tool sets to fit different levels of users.
> Understand exception based reporting.
> Establish what reports will be generated and at what frequencies.
> Produce scheduled reports for different levels of user (L3 engineers, managers , executives).
> Audit and consolidate similar reports from different tool sets.
> Extract reports from ticketing system and various network management tools.
