Job description
Development and ongoing optimisation of marketing and sales strategy for the RIEC as well as developing new business opportunities and profit maximization
Set up and optimise the organisational and personnel structures to ensure efficient operational processes by establishing SOP [Standard operation procedures]
Contact to and acquisition of existing and new customers and events as well as care and expansion of customer relations with key accounts as well as establishing networks to RIEC related companies/institutions
Ensuring good capacity utilisation of the RIEC, testing, optimising and expanding the events portfolio including developing and organising new event themes taking into account corporate strategy and current market and competitive conditions with Intranet management and workflow set-up
Qualifications
Master Degree/MBA/certified qualification
12 years experience
Experienced in economic and facility management know-how
Strategic planning skills
Target-oriented
Linked to global networks
Awareness of key industries/players in K.S.A.
Training skills
Realization of the legal framework
Team leading experience
High level of customer and service orientation and ability to deduce measures from the knowledge obtained via exhibitors and partners
