JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a leading Saudi Company (in Riyadh), specialized in the operations of real estate.

Qualification Requirements:

*BE (Bachelor of Engineering) in Electro Mechanical or Master Degree in Mechanical.

*Must have 5 years of experience in building operations, shopping malls, commercial buildings, office complexes (in a leadership role).

*Be Familiar with regulations related to life and safety, fire and protective systems.

*Knowledge of MS Windows, ACAD.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

*Saudi Nationals preferred.
