Only university graduates may apply. 4 - 5 years of experience with leasing and facility management industry is required. Should be familiar with Project Management. Competent in 3 dimension AutoCAD. Fluent communication skills in English is mandatory.

Job Description:

> Facility Management i.e. maintenance of all leased properties.

> Plans, schedules and coordinates general maintenance and major repairs of properties.

> Inspect properties to ensure that they are in a healthy condition.

> Make purchases of materials and equipment as required.

> Maintains records of all property documents.

> Supervise maintenance staff.
