�Job description:
A regional Middle East based bank is looking for a Maintenance and Premises Supervisor to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate who reports to the Head of Maintenance and Premises the incumbent has to make recommendations Make recommendations in relation to improving the efficiency of the bank’s various installations and equipment as well as the interior and exterior condition of the building.
Responsibilities:
• Process all payment requests on time as per the banks policies and procedures.
• Ensure all electrical, mechanical, safety, and security installations are well maintained and functioning properly.
• Represent the bank to external parties such as consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure Maintenance Contracts and Lease Agreements are in place and the necessary approvals are obtained on time as per the bank’s policies.
Qualification Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering (preferably BSc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).�
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a bank in the GCC.
• Good negotiation skills.
