Mohamed Abdurrahman Al-Bahar, the Caterpillar Dealer in Bahrain requires a young and competent HR professional.

Qualification Requirements:

• University Degree in HR/ Business  Administration or equivalent

• Good communication skills in English- both 
written and spoken. Arabic will be an advantage.

• Computer skills (MS Word & Excel). 
Experience in Oracle payroll system will be an advantage.

• Minimum three years of experience in HR including recruitment,

compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, general administration and Labor law.

• Must be proactive and have excellent inter -personal skills, and be able to deal with a multi 
-national work force.
