Job Description:

Required for a Large Retail Group in the UAE:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER – Dubai. BE / BTech or equivalent, with specialization in a Civil / Electrical field, and minimum four to five years experience in a similar position having exposure to handling a team for interiors, layouts (i.e. partitioning, false ceilings, floorings, lighting and telecommunication) and MEPD works.

Exposure to the HVAC field will be an added advantage. Should also know procedures and possess contacts for liaising with government authorities in seeking permission and authorization.
