Qualification Requirements:

• Fluency in English written and spoken.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information science, computer science, systems engineering or related technology discipline

• Candidates must exhibit Superior interpersonal skins including excellent verbal & writing skills

• Candidates must have clearly demonstrated dedication in the implementation of comprehensive technology solutions

• Thorough understanding of the information technology issues of an academic environment as well as a broad knowledge of technical issues related to database driven information systems.
