= System engineer to monitor Servers/NAS/Backup 
Exchange/Handle exchange accounts/Active 
directory/Windows 2008 Server/Windows 2003 Servers

= Knowledge in Networking (CCNA or CCNP)

= Good communication skills

= Knowledge in backing up with Symentic and other 
software

= Know how to configure Cisco Telephony or/and Avaya
