Job Description:
Our client, a leading Middle East based bank is looking for an Organization and Methods Manager to join their dynamic team in Qatar. The successful candidate has to review, design and develop credit and operations systems and procedures for all banking functions and develop model manual of Policy & Procedures for each work process in such
areas.
Job Responsibilities:
• Upgrade the system of storage and retrieval of information as well as plan the destruction of old records.
• Review the work organization at various departments for rationalizing systems and
procedures to eliminate delays, overlaps and redundancies.
• Analyze work methods, work flows, office layout, etc. in order to rationalize them for improved efficiency as well as information security and control.
• Assess and review the operation of the scheme of Delegation of Powers and recommend solutions to expedite decision-making process.
• Keep abreast of information on innovations / advancements in systems and procedures made by other banks with a view to maintain the bank’s competitive edge in the market.
Qualification Requirements:
• MBA or University degree in Behavioral Science and Statistics.
• At least ten to fifteen years of similar hardcore managerial banking experience in a bank in the GCC.
