Vanir CM has a unique opportunity for a talented individual to be part of the continued strategic growth of our organization overseas expansion. The position of Project Engineer, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure intelligent solutions and quality project delivery for the design and construction of a large healthcare program. As a Vanir Project Engineer, you will be part of a vital team contributing to the programming, design management, project execution, and construction of a large, state-of-the-art medical campus. This new facility is being built in to a "medical city" model and will be a chief regional healthcare facility, serving one of the largest cities in Saudi Arabia. • Must be a citizen of Saudi Arabia.
• Ideal candidates should possess 1-2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or construction management.
• Familiarity and experience in project support (RFIs/Change Orders/Submittals), project controls, scheduling, and cost control is necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is required.
• Familiarity with project controls and scheduling software is desired. Proficiency in MS SharePoint is ideal.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Revit is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting field personnel and/or Project Managers is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with construction management processes, means, and methods is required.
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills are essential. Must have fluency in writing, reading and speaking English and Arabic.
• Experience in meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, and collaborating in group settings is required.
• A strong technical aptitude is necessary.
