Job Description:

A leading supplier of IT Solutions & Managed Service 
solutions within the Retail and Distribution market 
require Java Developers. The successful candidates will 
work as part of a team developing and supporting retail 
software solutions for customers and specific products.

Job Responsibilities:

Producing technical designs based on specifications 
from the BA's. Coding, documenting and testing of 
technical designs Resolving defects in existing code 
Liaising with Customer organizations Coaching and 
mentoring less experienced developers

Qualification Requirements:

= Ability to produce reliable estimates Object 
Orientated Design XML,SQL

= Java 1.3/1.4/1.5 development experience (minimum four
years) 

= You must also have experience in coaching or 
mentoring junior developers

= Any experience with the following would be useful:
 Servlets/JSP HTML/CSS JavaScript
