Job Details:
* Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractor
* Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and
subcontractors.
* Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
* Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and
related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
Job Requirements:
* B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum ten years experience in the relevant field.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Knowldge in MS Office.
