Job Details:
* Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
* Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as
planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
* Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and
subcontractors.
* Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* Ten years working experience in the same field.
* Good knowledge in construction field.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
