Position Summary: Management and surgical treatment of children and adults with congenital heart disease. Examine patients and assess investigations to see whether patients require surgical treatment and perform any necessary surgery. Management of post –operative patients and further follow Up. Experience: Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations. Many require more than seven to ten years of experience. Required certification/licensure/registration: Residency training or board certification in surgery, followed by a period of specialist training in adult cardiac surgery and surgery for congenital heart disease
