SENIOR OFFICER HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
The successful candidate will ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment standards are maintained within Qatar Airways Technical department and all related facilities. Ensure compliance with State Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules and regulations as per The Supreme Council for Environment and Natural Reserves (SCENR). Effectively manage the disposal of all wastes including hazardous wastes as dictated by The Geneva Convention. Ensure HSE compliance to the Airport Authorities, especially with FOD management. Ensure that Qatar Airways Technical facilities are compliant to best practices insofar as Health and Safety is concerned.
Candidates must be a graduate degree / diploma in HSE or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years experience HSE and Housekeeping maintenance management preferably in aviation industry. The successful candidates will have the ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written in a multi-cultural working environment. Must have a positive attitude, flexible, result-oriented individual and knowledgeable in MS office applications.
