The Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Terminal was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the late Sheikh Abdel Hadi Al-Qahtani in 1962. It is part of the Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons group of companies. The business has grown and prospered over the years and now has three permanent facilities, two terminals in Dammam and one in Yanbu. The plants are among the largest and most technically advanced pipe coating facilities in the world. Each facility has a number of production lines and can perform various coating applications simultaneously.
Job description
Candidates must have knowledge and hands on experience on formulating HR policy and procedure.
He should have experience in making job descriptions, job evaluation, making of salary structures.
He should have the knowledge of grading system.
Have enough knowledge of manpower planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) .
Candidates should be energetic, with strong communication skills, with pleasant personality looking forward to learn skills of HR related activities.
