Required Skills: 1.Should regularly monitor and review portfolio companies’ performances and risk characteristics and communicate such information to CO

2.Stay abreast of industry news, business trends, competition and regional news.
3.Should build & maintain financial models and to conduct yearly portfolio valuations.
4.Should Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models for new investment opportunities.
5.Should Prepare timely and concise reports on transaction progress and analysis of portfolio companies’ monthly and quarterly performance results.
6.Should be responsible for ensuring that investment documents are appropriately filed and safeguarded.
7.Perform ad hoc follow-ups, analysis, research and reporting as requested by management.
8.Promote professional and ethical conduct.
9.Strong financial analysis problem solving skills.
10.Able to take initiatives with minimal supervision and direction from superiors.
11.Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
12.Strong financial modeling and understanding of various valuation methodologies
13.Excellent Communication, Presentation and report writing skills
14.Organization and time management
15.Research skills
Competencies :
1.Should have a bachelor degree from a reputable university, an MBA is a plus (CFA, CPA, CMA or other designations is a plus).
2.4 to 6 Year experience in private equity, Investment Banking, consulting and/or advisory experience, with a strong focus on investment analysis.
3.Experience in valuation, financial analysis and financial modeling.
