• Plan, organize daily work schedules, call and service existing accounts and establish new ones
• Prepare sales presentations by studying type of sales outlets or trade factories
• Maintain activity reports such as call reports, weekly work plans, monthly andannual territory sales analysis reports
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and recommending changes to management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by conducting and participating in sales promotion and educational meetings
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
