Compensation and Allowances
USD 7,500 + Fully Furnished Accommodation + Car
Role Assignments
• Manage and evaluate treaty renewal statistics for all classes of insurance
• Provide technical support to offices within the Gulf region
• Provide regular reports to management for sound business decisions
• Review and finalize reinsurance agreements with the reinsures
• Establish good working relationships with reinsures to achieve excellent agreements
• Closely coordinate with all concerned departments on matters relating to claims, IT, accounts and others
• Manage a high performing team with diverse backgrounds and skills
Requirements
• Over 12 years of experience in the same field of which, at least 7 years must be in a similar capacity
• Associate member of The Chartered Insurance Institute of UK or equivalent
• High level of technical and management competencies
