Qualification:
B.Sc or equivalent degree in Engineering or Business and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience 
are essential experience of port or infrastructure construction would be an advantage. Candidates 
that are currently working in the UAE are preferred and should have an NOC in hand. But, if you have
